The cost of the programmes is detailed in the webpage concerning the languages course and activities programme.


In order to be official the inscription, you must complete, sign and send to the company (United Cultures) the enrolment form attached. At the same time you must sign and send us the Guardianship consent form, the Kitesurf consent form (if the participant has chosen the Kitesurf camp) and the general conditions.


The enrolment request shall be accompanied by the receipt concerning the payment. Program deposits can be paid in cash, by VISA or Mastercard or by wire transfer with the name and surname of pupil and the name of company: United Cultures – International Campus (Aky Oaky Adventure Company S.L.).


No enrolment will be accepted if it is not accompanied by the required deposit, which is 700 Euros.

Bank charges are the client’s responsibility.


The enrolment and the payment method for the course will be as follows:

1. Complete the online enrolment form sign and send it back to us by e-mail.

2. Once the signed enrolment form has been received we will confirm you by telephone.


3. At the same time we will send you the confirmation letter, duplicate enrolment form, duplicate activity programme, duplicate general conditions, duplicate obligatory rules, invoice and request for the first payment of 700 Euros.


4. We will receive the wire transfer with the first deposit of 700 Euros or the credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) with the consent to debit this amount.


5. We will confirm the payment of 700 Euros and we will communicate the outstanding cost should be paid in full a minimum of four weeks prior to the start of the course, by the same means as the deposit.


6. You must send back to us one copy (completed and signed by the parents and/or legal guardians and by the students) of enrolment form, general conditions, activity programme and obligatory rules. The other copy is for the parents. At this moment the admission to the United Cultures programme is definitive.


7. The outstanding cost should be paid.


8. We will confirm you by e-mail to have paid the totality of the course cost.


Failure to pay in the due date will be understood as cancellation of the pupil’s participation in the contracted course.


If the enrolment is formalized less than 45 days prior to the course start date, the totality of the course cost must be paid in one payment.


Enrolments are personal and non transferable.
